Deliveries

We deliver products from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays. Normal delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days for Europe and the USA. The deliveries are performed by FedEx International Priority

We are unable to guarantee delivery of an order, if the address has been typed incorrectly. Delivery is considered completed once signed upon delivery at the provided address, which can be a home or an office address. 

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed or if the delivery is rejected due to an incorrect delivery address, the item will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid deducted of 10 euros, but shipping charges are non-refundable. In this case the 'Buyer' is responsible for the return shipping costs.


General Policy on Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you have received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We offer free returns for the residents in Portugal within 14 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

If due to some reason within 14 days after your purchase, you would like to return the item and to receive a refund, kindly contact us through the Contact Form on the website.

The product for return and refund should be properly packaged and shipped to the following address through a national shipping carrier (post services):

Please, kindly note, that by return, the item should be sent with a tracking number, to avoid a possible loss of the package.

The shipping costs of returning items are covered totally by the Buyer and are non-refundable in this case. Except for the residents of Portugal, where the shipping costs connected to the returns within 14 days from the purchase date are overtaken by us. 

Only in case of return of a damaged item, caused by our error, the shipping costs are covered by Peter Jo Kids and are refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations, where no refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery date

* Any item has been washed or worn: the 'Buyer' can try on the clothes to check the size and shape but cannot wear them;

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days after item conditions and refund confirmation.

Kindly note, that sales items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded, unless the item is damaged by our error.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item within 14 days from the purchase date, kindly, send us an email through the Contact Form on the website.

The product for exchange should be properly packaged and shipped to the following address:
